Your membership must be active and you must be signed in for member pricing to apply at checkout. Your first 30 days are free - nothing is charged today. Monthly billing starts on day 31, with a 12-month minimum term running from that first charge. After month 12 you can cancel any time from My Membership or by contacting support. Membership dues are separate from tool purchases and are not applied to merchandise. Prices shown to visitors are standard retail or manufacturer pricing - your member price appears once you sign in. Shipping is a flat $12.99 per merchandise order to the lower 48. Here is the timeline start to finish: you order, your order joins the next bulk buy on the 1st or the 15th, we place the supplier order, the goods come to us, then we ship to you. Most orders arrive 2-4 weeks after their buying window, and up to 45 days in a worst case such as a supplier backorder or a special-order item. Oversized and freight items may be quoted separately. Waiting is the trade-off that makes member pricing possible - if you need it tomorrow, buy that one locally.

Q: Do I have to join before I can buy tools at member pricing?

A: Yes - the membership is step 1. Member pricing only appears once your membership is active and you are signed in.

Q: How long am I committed?

A: Your first 30 days are free. After that the membership is billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum term. If you do not place a tool order in your first 60 days, you can request early cancellation. Your exact billing date and monthly amount are shown on this page and again at checkout before you pay.

Q: Is every product 30% off?

A: No. Some items are restricted by the manufacturer, subject to minimum advertised pricing, on clearance, special order, or too thin on margin. Eligible items show your member price when you are signed in.
