Shipping Policy

Tool Leaks LLC (“Tool Leaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a membership-based online marketplace for tools, shop equipment, accessories, and related products. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier delays, fraud-review holds, inventory issues, supplier delays, and events outside our reasonable control. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, split, or cancel any order for fraud prevention, account verification, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, membership issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

Shipping Rate

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.99 per order to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), regardless of whether you purchase one item or one hundred items. There is no minimum order value and no free-shipping threshold unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific promotion.

Flat-rate shipping applies only to standard eligible orders shipped to physical addresses in the lower 48 United States. We reserve the right to exclude oversized items, hazardous materials, freight shipments, special-order items, and certain drop-ship products from flat-rate shipping where necessary.

Excluded Locations

Flat-rate shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, international destinations, or any address outside the lower 48 United States unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional shipping charges may apply to excluded destinations, oversized shipments, freight-required items, remote-area deliveries, address-correction situations, re-delivery requests, and other special handling needs.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We may use one or more carriers, warehouse partners, fulfillment providers, third-party logistics companies, suppliers, and drop-ship partners to process and ship orders. Carrier selection is made at our discretion unless otherwise stated.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment centers. Items in the same order may arrive on different dates. Additional packages do not entitle the customer to additional refunds, credits, or shipping adjustments.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, customs issues, labor shortages, routing errors, misdeliveries, address problems, or other delays beyond our reasonable control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, carrier fees, or re-shipment costs.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, or as otherwise determined under applicable law. Customers are responsible for securing delivered packages and monitoring tracking information.

Damaged, Missing, Incorrect, or Tampered Shipments

Any claim for a damaged, missing, incorrect, incomplete, or visibly tampered shipment must be reported to support@toolleaks.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Tool Leaks may require photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping labels, serial numbers, and other supporting documentation before reviewing or resolving a claim. Failure to timely report a shipping issue may result in denial of the claim.

Refused, Returned, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, or rejected by the customer, we may deduct return shipping charges, carrier fees, refusal fees, storage charges, and any other actual costs incurred from any refund or credit, to the extent permitted by law.

Freight, Oversized, Hazardous, and Restricted Items

Some items may require special handling, freight delivery, adult signature, local restrictions review, or additional documentation. We reserve the right to decline shipment of any item to any location where shipment would be impractical, unlawful, unsafe, or commercially unreasonable.

No Guarantee of Availability

All items are subject to availability. Inventory errors may occur. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance, allocation, or shipment of any item.
