Tool Leaks LLC (“Tool Leaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may contact you in connection with your account, membership, orders, purchases, returns, support requests, promotions, and use of our website and services. This Contact & Communications Policy explains how we communicate with you, what types of messages you may receive, and how you can opt out of certain communications.

2. Transactional vs. Marketing Communications

10. Accuracy of Contact Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Tool Leaks is not responsible for missed notices, missed delivery updates, missed renewal notices, or other failed communications caused by inaccurate, outdated, blocked, filtered, or inaccessible contact information.

11. Carrier and Platform Limitations

Delivery of emails, texts, calls, or physical mail is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, filtered, blocked, lost, or not delivered due to carrier issues, spam filters, ISP issues, technical failures, ad-platform limitations, third-party provider issues, or other causes outside our reasonable control.

12. Compliance and Disclosure

Tool Leaks intends to send communications in compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements, including opt-out and unsubscribe mechanisms where required. CAN-SPAM requires commercial emails to include an opt-out mechanism and certain sender disclosures, and the FTC requires disclosures to be clear and conspicuous where needed to avoid deception.
